Free Flow H flume Approach Sections H flume should be used with an approach section which collects the flow and provides a uniform approach to the flume. The length of the approach section can be varied, the recommended lengths are shown below.
Free Flow H Flume End Connections The inlet end of a H flume approach section can be open for use in a channel, or it can be supplied with pipe end connections as follows. - Grouting or caulking collars which allow the pipe ends to be
inserted in the collar
and grouted in
